30 Clove was born from a love of garlic and the discovery of how slowly cooking it brings out both its sweetness and sharpness at the same time. This bold sauce is packed with sautéed garlic as well as slow-cooked caramelized cloves. The garlic is combined with Italian tomatoes, fennel seed, basil, and chili flake.
